extended hours: we offer extended hours for our patients on mondays and wednesdays every week. this is carried our by our practice nurse. times are as follows: mondays 18:30 – 19:30 and wednesdays 18:30 – 19:45. during these times there is also face-to-face access to our reception. plt events: the practice will be closed for protected learning time (plt) on the following dates: tuesday 22nd may 2018 wednesday 18th july 2018 thursday 11th october 2018 tuesday 5th february 2019 tuesday 12th march 2019 on these dates the practice will close at 12:30pm and will reopen the following day at 8:00am as usual. if you happen to require an emergency appointment on any of the above dates, please be advised that seldoc out of hours service will be covering us from 12:30pm onwards. seldoc: 0208 693
